No, it’s not forced and it’s not even a “non-choice”.
It is stronger than us: our “safe-oriented” nature cannot resist to curiosity, knowledge, the extremes of the concept of “avant-garde”: “manufacturing” and “converting”, a dichotomy so evident that it is expressed daily ” floating” between the two processes and totally involving in our Company, in every department, in every phase of the product.
Transformation – Production – Customization (cutting, lamination, printing, welding): this is our nature, this is our “scheme”… this is our shared vision. While the market wants us to be “sectoral”, over the course of our history we have been able to evolve towards a more complete, streamlined entity capable of responding better to the changing conditions of the market and the increasingly demanding requests of our Customers.
In both cases we create products from nothing, modifying or customizing existing materials to create a specific or improved flexible product/packaging.
We are CONVERTERS specialized in the production of flexible packaging for the medical/pharmaceutical/cosmetic etc. industry.
The flexible packaging supply chain: from producers of raw materials to transformers, from converters, to users of packaging, such as MDM, up to distribution: as a company, as professionals in the sector who represent the foundations of the entire market system by producing materials such as films of different compositions in different thicknesses (multi-materials) or of the same material (mono-material), raw materials such as Films, Medical Paper and Tyvek®.
Each material used fulfills a specific function and, for this reason, they are considered packaging with a complex structure.
While the “manufacturer” soul produces “the product bases”, the “converter” heart intervenes by proposing an evolution of the basic product, considering: traceability of the raw material (certainty of the source/supplier), context variables/conditions and a careful analysis of the product/device to contain.
This is the form of flexible packaging with very high technological value, capable of satisfying the increasingly sophisticated and complex needs in terms of protection and distribution of a good: packaging technologies, complete solutions, capable of affecting the entire life cycle of the “product /content”: from product handling to shipping of the contained product, including the final storage systems, our coupled products are the result of a technical-practical analysis of reality.

The packaging protects the medical device (the contents) and “ensures” that it reaches the end user intact.
For our Customers, being able to count on excellent packaging solutions is a fundamental prerequisite for responding to market demands and expected standards. Each packaging solution must guarantee the sterility of the product and seal throughout the entire supply chain, from production to storage up to use.
What makes – our packaging – necessary and fundamental: the simple fact that what you are using must be, at the time of its use, sterile and protected (allowing the healthcare worker to be able to intervene on the patient in complete safety).
And there is no margin for error. It cannot be otherwise.
